§ 5:10A-64 — Examination by State Auditor.
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
64.The State Auditor and his legally authorized representatives may, at any time, examine the accounts and books of the commission, including its receipts, disbursements, contracts, sinking funds, investments, and any other matters relating to its financial standing. L.2015, c.19, s.64.
