47.When any unpaid assessment, interest thereon, or other charges for collection thereof, remains in arrears on July 1 of the calendar year following the calendar year when the same became in arrears, the appropriate officer of the commission shall enforce the lien by selling the property in the manner set forth in R.S.54:5-19 through R.S.54:5-129. L.2015, c.19, s.47.
