§ 5:10A-31 — Flood improvement zones.
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
31.The commission may form, within the district, flood improvement zones for any authorized purpose in order to levy special assessments against real estate located within such zones for benefits rendered. L.2015, c.19, s.31.
