28.
a.The commission shall collaborate with the Division of Travel and Tourism in the Department of State and the Meadowlands Convention and Visitors Bureau. The tourism structure should work closely, or integrate with, the work of agencies within the Department of State dedicated to advancing an economic development plan developed pursuant to subsection g. of section 7 of P.L.2015, c.19 (C.5:10A-7).
b.The commission shall make a vigorous effort to establish collaboration among private tourist marketing operations, and between those operations and the commission, through conversations with leaders of such operations, as well as stakeholders associated with such operations.
