§ 5:10A-26 — Issuance of negotiable bonds and notes.

26.The commission may issue negotiable bonds and notes for any corporate purpose in accordance with the power provided to the commission in subsection g. of section 5 of P.L.1971, c.137 (C.5:10-5). L.2015, c.19, s.26.
