Text

All horse races or horse race meetings conducted under any such permit and all licenses issued shall be subject to the rules, regulations and conditions from time to time prescribed by the commission, and every permit to conduct a horse race meeting and all licenses issued by the commission shall contain such recital as a condition therein and shall be revocable by the commission for any violation thereof or of any of the provisions of this act. The commission shall forthwith, after it has refused or revoked any such permit or license or taken such other action, give notice thereof to the party against whom any such action has been taken, in writing, addressed to the party or parties affected, at its or their addresses as stated in the last application filed with the commission.
