12.Until permanent refunding bonds can be prepared, the issuing officials may, in their discretion, issue in lieu of the permanent refunding bonds, temporary refunding bonds in a form and with privileges as to registration and exchange for permanent refunding bonds as may be determined by the issuing officials. L.1985,c.74,s.12.
