Text

Such extension shall be made by filing with the secretary of state a certificate signed by the president and secretary under the corporate seal, acknowledged or proved as in case of deeds of real estate, with the written assent of all the stockholders verified by the oath of the president or secretary. The certificate shall state the name of the company, the municipality in which it is engaged, the period for which it is extended, and the amount of its authorized capital stock.
