Such persons shall execute a certificate of incorporation setting forth: I. The name of the company; II. The period of time the same is to continue; III. The name of each county through or into which the bridge or bridges are to be constructed, maintained and operated; IV. The amount of authorized capital stock of the company, which shall not be less than twenty thousand dollars for every bridge constructed or proposed to be constructed, and the number of shares of such capital stock; and V. The names and places of residence of the incorporators.
