8.The power to make, alter, or repeal the bylaws of a rural electric cooperative established pursuant to P.L.2017, c.297 (C.48:24-1 et al.) shall be vested in the board of directors of the cooperative. The bylaws may contain any provisions for the regulation and management of the affairs of the cooperative not inconsistent with law or the articles of incorporation. L.2017, c.297, s.8.
