§ 48:24-10 — Liability for, payment of debts.

10.A member shall not be liable for the debts of a rural electric cooperative, but nothing in P.L.2017, c.297 (C.48:24-1 et al.) shall be construed to relieve any member from the payment of any debt due by the member to the cooperative. L.2017, c.297, s.10.
