§ 48:2-68 — Procedure
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
The procedure provided in this act for determining the lawfulness of statements and the recovery of payments made pursuant to statements of assessments shall be exclusive of all other remedies and procedures. L.1968, c. 173, s. 10, eff. July 16, 1968.
