§ 48:2-11 — Annual report
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
The board shall report annually on or before January 15, to the Governor, making such recommendations as it may deem proper. The report shall be laid before the next succeeding Legislature. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 8.
