§ 48:2-57 — Disposition of fees and charges
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
All fees and charges collected under the provisions of this act shall be received by the board for the sole use of the State of New Jersey and the board shall report on and return to the State Treasurer all such fees and charges collected by it. L.1959, c. 43, p. 148, s. 2, eff. May 28, 1959.
