§ 48:2-43 — Appeal; notice

Any order made by the board may be reviewed by appeal to the appellate division of the Superior Court. Notice of appeal shall be within the time provided by rules of court. The notice shall be served upon the secretary of the board either personally or by leaving it at the office of the board. The evidence presented to the board together with the findings and the order issued thereon, shall be certified by the board to the appellate division as its return. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 25.
