§ 48:2-4 — Duties of secretary
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
The secretary or in his absence an assistant secretary shall keep full and correct minutes of all the transactions and proceedings of the board and perform the other duties required of him. He shall be the official reporter of the proceedings of the board. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 2.
