Text

The board may compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of tariffs, contracts, papers, books, accounts and all other documents. Any member of the board or any hearing examiner designated by the board to preside at a hearing may administer oaths to all witnesses. Subpoenas issued by the board shall be signed by 1 of the members thereof and by the secretary, or an assistant secretary and may be served by any person of full age. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 20.
