Text

For purposes of this act: a. "Geographic region" means one of the following regions of the State: the southern region encompassing the counties of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean and Salem; the central region encompassing the counties of Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset; and the northern region encompassing those counties remaining in the State.

b."Intervenor" means any person permitted to intervene by the Board of Public Utilities or its presiding officer in any proceeding.
c."Objector" means any person who objects on the grounds of public or private interest to the approval, determination, consent, certification or authorization of any petition pending before the board.
d."Petitioner" means any person who files a petition, or on
