Text
All hearings and investigations before the board or any member thereof or any hearing examiner designated by the board shall be governed by rules adopted by the board. Neither the board nor such member or hearing examiner shall be bound by the technical rules of evidence. The members of the board may sit singly for the purpose of taking testimony in any proceeding. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 19.
