§ 48:19-28 — Exceptions granted; record; public examination
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
The board shall maintain a record of all exceptions granted, and shall make such record reasonably available for public examination. L.1973, c. 160, s. 3, eff. June 7, 1973.
