New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
The Board of Public Utilities, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), may promulgate regulations necessary to implement this act. L.1991,c.150,s.2.
