§ 48:16-27 — Penalty
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
Any person operating an autobus in any of the streets of any city in this state without complying with the provisions of sections 48:16-23 to 48:16-26 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
