§ 48:16-18 — Insurance policy filed where owner has principal place of business.
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
48:16-18. Where a limousine service operates in more than one municipality, the insurance policy required by R.S.48:16-14 shall be filed with the clerk of the municipality in which the owner has his principal place of business. Amended 1979, c.224, s.7; 1999, c.356, s.8.
