Text
The Commissioner of the Department of Human Services shall administer a program which shall be known as the "Lifeline Credit Program." L.1979, c. 197, s. 1, eff. Sept. 18, 1979. Amended by L.1980, c. 92, s. 2, eff. Aug. 26, 1980.
