Text

The board shall have a common seal. It shall appoint a secretary, assistant secretaries, counsel and such other employees as it may deem necessary and fix their duties and terms of service. It shall fix the compensation of all officers and employees, subject to the provisions of Title 11, Civil Service, except where otherwise provided by statute. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 1.
