7.A municipality that receives and makes available the lists required under P.L.1995, c.253 (C.46:3C-1 et seq.) may charge purchasers in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-2). L.1995,c.253,s.7; amended 2000, c.126, s.28.
