When a safe-deposit box or other receptacle for the safekeeping of personal property is rented to a person acting as sole executor, administrator, guardian, trustee or receiver, access to the safe-deposit box or other receptacle may be allowed by any agent authorized in a writing signed by the person so acting. L.1955, c. 151, p. 645, s. 2.
