§ 46:30A-7 — Violations; what constitutes
New Jersey·Title 46 PROPERTY
Violations of this act shall include situating the register or stacking merchandise near the register so as to make it impossible or difficult for customers to see the indicator. L.1977, c. 213, s. 2.
