Text

The provisions of P.L.2011, c.217 (N.J.S.46:26A-1 et al.) shall take precedence over any conflicting provisions contained in sections 17 and 18 of the "Uniform Electronic Transactions Act," P.L.2001, c.116 (C.12A:12-17 and 12A:12-18). The provisions of P.L.2011, c.217 (N.J.S.46:26A-1 et al.) shall modify, limit and supersede the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. s.7001, et seq.) but shall not modify, limit or supersede Section 101(c) of that act (15 U.S.C.s.7001(c)) or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of that act (15 U.S.C.s.7003(b)).
