§ 46:16-16 — Filing of certificates, notices affecting liens.

2.Notices of liens upon real property for obligations payable to the United States and certificates and notices affecting the liens shall be filed in the office of the county recording officer of the county or counties wherein the property subject to such liens is situated. L.1997,c.412,s.2.
