The State Board of Medical Examiners in the Division of Consumer Affairs of the Department of Law and Public Safety is hereby authorized to establish and administer acupuncture research programs in research institutions or hospitals affiliated with duly recognized medical schools. L.1975, c. 358, s. 1, eff. March 3, 1976.
