§ 45:8B-9 — State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners created.
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
9.There is hereby created in the Division of Consumer Affairs of the Department of Law and Public Safety, the State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners, which shall consist of 12 members, who are residents of this State and citizens of the United States, six of whom shall be licensed practicing marriage and family therapists, one of whom shall be a licensed professional counselor currently serving on the Professional Counselor Examiners Committee, one of whom shall be a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor currently serving on the Alcohol and Drug Counselor Committee, and three of whom shall be public members, including the public member appointed pursuant to the provisions of section 2 of P.L.1971, c.60 (C.45:1-2.2), and one of whom shall be a State executive departmen
