§ 45:8B-30 — Remission of fees, fines and penalties
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
All fees, fines, penalties and other moneys derived from the operation of this act shall be paid to the board and by it remitted to the State Treasurer. L.1968, c. 401, s. 30, eff. Jan. 10, 1969.
