§ 45:8B-20 — Failure of examination; waiting period for admission to subsequent examinations
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
Any person who shall have failed an examination conducted by the board may not be admitted to a subsequent examination for a period of at least 6 months. L.1968, c. 401, s. 20, eff. Jan. 10, 1969.
