§ 45:8B-16 — Persons already licensed or certified in certain professional disciplines deemed qualified
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
Any person already licensed or certified by January 1, 1970 in the State in a professional discipline cited in section 15a, and under the provisions of section 15b is deemed qualified as a marriage counselor. L.1968, c. 401, s. 16, eff. Jan. 10, 1969.
