Text

The Governor shall have power to remove from office any member of the board for incompetence, neglect of duty, unprofessional conduct or moral turpitude; but no board member may be thus removed until after a public hearing of the charges against him, and at least 30 days' prior written notice to such accused member of the charges against him and of the date fixed for such hearing. L.1968, c. 401, s. 12, eff. Jan. 10, 1969.
