§ 45:8A-2 — Rules and regulations; fee
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
The State Board of Education shall make and enforce rules and regulations for the granting of such certificates for the issuance of each of which a fee of not less than $5.00 shall be charged. L.1947, c. 132, p. 605, s.
