§ 45:4B-11 — Licensee to maintain records
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
A licensee shall maintain such records as are reasonably necessary to establish that the licensee exercised regular and effective supervision of any professional services of which he or she was in responsible charge. L.1989, c.277, s.11.
