§ 45:3-45 — Construction of act relative to interior design services.
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
15.Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit any person from rendering interior design services, provided that person shall not be identified by the title "certified interior designer" unless certified in accordance with the provisions of this act. L.2002,c.86,s.15.
