§ 45:3-20 — Records maintained by licensee
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
A licensee shall maintain such records as are reasonably necessary to establish that the licensee exercised regular and effective supervision of professional services of which such licensee was in responsible charge. L.1989, c.275, s.7.
