4.Nothing in this act shall be construed to prevent the practice of architecture, engineering or land surveying or professional planning by the holder of a license to practice that profession issued by this State, but no architect, engineer, surveyor or professional planner shall use the designation "certified interior designer" unless certified as such under the provisions of this act. L.2002,c.86,s.4.
