a.No person shall engage in the practice of alcohol and drug counseling as a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor unless licensed under this act. No person shall engage in the practice of alcohol and drug counseling as a certified alcohol and drug counselor unless certified under this act. No person shall present, call or represent himself as a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor unless licensed under this act.
