New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
17.The provisions of P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-14 et seq.) shall apply to this act. The authority of the board may be delegated to the committee at the discretion of the board. L.1997,c.331,s.17.
