Text
Any person or trading stamp company violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction on the complaint of any interested person to restrain and enjoin the violation of any of said provisions. Administrative determinations of the Secretary of State shall be subject to review by appeal to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. L.1964, c. 274, s. 13.
