Text

The Secretary of State shall keep a record of such bonds, with the names, places of residence and places of business of the principals and sureties, and the name of the officer before whom the bond was executed or acknowledged, and the record shall be open to public inspection. There shall be paid a filing fee of $25.00 to the Secretary of State for the filing of each bond. Amended by L.1971, c. 169, s. 1, eff. June 1, 1971.
