7.No person shall provide instruction regarding the installation, improvement, repair, or maintenance of gas piping associated with barbecue, hearth products or hearth professional work unless licensed by the board as a master hearth specialist in accordance with the provisions of P.L.2019, c.260 (C.45:16A-29 et al.).
