§ 45:16A-16 — Continuing education requirements.

16.The board shall require each Master HVACR contractor, as a condition for biennial license renewal pursuant to section 15 of this act, to complete any continuing education requirements imposed by the board pursuant to section 17 of this act. L.2007, c.211, s.16.
