1.There is hereby established in the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety the State Board of Court Reporting (herein referred to as the board) to be composed of six members to be appointed by the Governor, three of whom shall be certified court reporters, two of whom shall be public members appointed pursuant to the provisions of section 2 of P.L.1971, c.60 (C.45:1-2.2), and one of whom shall be a State executive department member appointed pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1971, c.60 (C.45:1-2.1 et seq.).
