10.The board shall license as a respiratory care practitioner any applicant whom the board determines to be qualified to perform the duties of a respiratory care practitioner. In making a determination, the board shall require evidence that the applicant has successfully completed a respiratory care training program which meets the board's approval and that he successfully completes an examination prescribed by the board. The fee prescribed by the board shall accompany the application. L.1991,c.31,s.10.
