§ 45:11A-14 — Report to Governor, Legislature.

6. a. One year after New Jersey becomes a party to the compact, as provided by this act, the Attorney General shall submit a report to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature, evaluating whether the State's continued participation in the compact is in the best interest of the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens. At a minimum, the report shall:
(1)describe the beneficial and detrimental effects, evidenced during the preceding year, which have resulted from the State's participation in the compact;
(2)describe any potential long-term effects that have not yet been experienced, but which are likely to result from the State's continued participation in the compact;
(3)indicate whether any other party state has changed its licensu
